The seven suites are meticulously furnished with love and attention to detail, each thoughtfully divided into a living area and sleeping area, exuding simplicity.
Crafted from elm, pine, and larch, these suites boast wide glass windows leading to balconies overlooking our garden. From here, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Sassolungo, the iconic mountain of Val Gardena.
All rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle.
The bathrooms are fully equipped with modern amenities, and the hotel features an elevator for convenience.

The prices are meant per person per day (breakfast included).
The room is available from 2.30 pm on the day of your arrival.
If you arrive after 6.00 pm, please warn us.
On the day of the departure, please let the bedroom free by 9.30 am.
The rooms are non-smoking, so please respect this in respect of other guests.

Dogs have to be kept on a leash.
Dogs can not be left alone in bedrooms.
Only 1 dog per room.
The reservation will be right after your written notice and deposit (30% of the total price) and after we give you the final confirmation.
For the final payment is better if you pay cash, with card or by check.
– Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: Free cancellation. The entire confirmation deposit is credited for one year for the same length of stay and the same number of people.
– Cancellation from 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price
– If the reservation is canceled after 7 days of the due arrival date, in the event of a no show, late arrival or early departure, the penalty is 100% of the booked amount
– The cancellation must be made with a written declaration and received by the hotelier within the terms mentioned above.
Unfortunately, unforeseen events can always happen before departure. With our travel insurance you are financially protected. In the event that you postpone your arrival or give up your trip or stop your vacation early, you will be covered by your trip cancellation insurance. In order to avoid having to make up for it with a financial compensation in the aforementioned cases, we always advise our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance, so that this is covered by the insurance.
